Pablo Zabala est n\u00e9 en 1994 au Pays Basque, une terre d\u2019attache et d<\/span>\u2019inspiration fondamentale pour une recherche artistique dont le fil conducteur est le r\u00e9alisme et qui s<\/span>\u2019attache \u00e0 nouer le trait et la couleur, pour offrir une topologie chromatique singuli\u00e8re souvent centr\u00e9e sur la repr\u00e9sentation de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment naturel, l<\/span>\u2019eau et ses mouvements occupant une place majeure dans l\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/span><\/p>

Zabala a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 dessiner tr\u00e8s jeune et a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sa pratique en autodidacte, avant de s’<\/span>emparer des murs sur lesquels il va affirmer son identit\u00e9 artistique, \u00e0 travers graffitis et fresques. Son talent est rapidement remarqu\u00e9, mais l<\/span>\u2019artiste consid\u00e8re qu<\/span>\u2019il doit aguerrir sa technique picturale en se confrontant aux classiques, pour s<\/span>\u2019inscrire sans ego dans le monde commun artistique et son paysage. Il suit une formation aux Beaux-Arts de Bilbao qui lui permettra d<\/span>\u2019explorer d<\/span>\u2019autres supports de cr\u00e9ation si bien que dans sa d\u00e9marche actuelle, l<\/span>\u2019intervention en espace public et le travail en atelier se nourrissent mutuellement, entrela\u00e7ant ma\u00eetrise technique et spontan\u00e9it\u00e9.<\/span> <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Zabala participe r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 des festivals d’art urbain en Espagne mais aussi en Europe et dans le monde ; il appr\u00e9cie particuli\u00e8rement les sites empreints d’une Histoire et d\u2019un magn\u00e9tisme dans lesquels son propos esth\u00e9tique va ouvrir une fen\u00eatre sur de nouvelles perspectives. Le r\u00e9alisme de son \u0153uvre, sur les murs et la toile, se d\u00e9cline en plusieurs orientations : la macroscopie de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment naturel, la figuration du rapport de l’homme \u00e0 la nature, tout en amor\u00e7ant une transition plus r\u00e9cente vers la stylisation et l\u2019abstraction.<\/span><\/p>

Zabala s\u2019impose comme un remarquable coloriste et les atmosph\u00e8res chromatiques qui composent ses \u0153uvres nous entra\u00eenent vers un irr\u00e9sistible myst\u00e8re qui interroge la mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 du monde que nous habitons.<\/span><\/p>
