The intimate space thus recreated vibrates with the richness of the creations by designers such as Hans Von Klier, Verner Panton, Florence Knoll, Joseph-André Motte, Philippe Starck, Jeff Koons… From the living room to the office, through the boudoir and the dining room, the walls are adorned with works by artists such as Gérard Schlosser, Jacques Monory, Bernard Rancillac, Robert Combas… Well represented in the collective exhibition, the movement of narrative figuration, which emerged primarily in painting in the early 1960s in France, was born in a context of a return to figuration and in opposition to abstraction and the contemporary movements of new realism and pop art.
An unprecedented event

Present on the artistic scene since 1979, he is the creator of a movement that Ben called «free figuration». The «Free Figuration» which in the 80s desacralized art and claimed for painting what the punk movement claimed for music: everyone can be an artist. Street art against the establishment. Pursuing this provocative attitude in his personal work, Robert Combas faces all artistic challenges: painting, sculpture, music, and film are part of his work and allow him to develop his imagination on all media. Robert Combas exorcises the tragedies of history by interpreting them through his poetic and humorous writing; he deconstructs the world, embellishing it or darkening it as he sees fit; he takes us on an incredible colorful and musical adventure.
